M. Andy. Oz. At the moment, playing with my new son 🙂 .. Hush little baby. Iphone, coz I was given one so now Apple own my soul for life. At the moment, Please Like Me, but overall either The Wire, Mighty Boosh, Buffy or Angel. I got pretty angry talking about anti-GMO nutjobs (disclaimer: it’s not necessarily nuts to be anti-GMO, but some of you are indeed nuts). I liked the show, CatDog too. Honesty – unless I’m lying about that. I sometimes rub people up the wrong way without trying – Wife says its a kind of accidental smugness. Most of my singing is choral and not recorded. I mostly sing classical or church music. I’m glad you sing, too; it’s never bad to sing with the voice God gave you!

What do you prefer to be called, in the blogging community?
Most people call me Eric. Some people call me other things. Feel free to come up with a new nickname for me if you’d like.
So where are you from?
I grew up in the North Eastern US – the suburbs of Boston in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to be precise. I now live in the Southern US – in North Carolina just north of the border with South Carolina. I’m not sure how informed you are about the US, but basically moving from Boston to North Carolina is like moving to another country. The language here is a lot like the English I grew up speaking but there are all these shades of meaning and nuances that make me feel – some days anyway – like I’m in another world.
But the accents are hot! 😉
What is your favorite thing to do?
I like to read and write. Right now I spend a lot of my time writing erotic fiction – aka smut. I lean toward the darker end of the spectrum – erotic horror – but I’ve been known to write all kinds of fiction. If you want, I can send you a list of the blog posts that I think are my stronger ones.

I’d have to say the song Mexican Blue by Jolie Holland. Here’s the link:
The video was made by a Jolie Holland fan. I can’t explain why the fan made all the choices he/she did about the images, etc, but it has a pretty good recording of the song. As to why I picked this song, there is a deep sense of longing as well as a deep sense of the magic of life in the song. Here’s a couple of lines that really moved me:

And I swear I heard him rip the world apart
And sew it back again with his fiery melody, melody
I still get chills when she sings those lines.

I don’t like to pick favorites. I rarely watch TV, but some of the shows I like are: Firefly, Doctor Who (old and new), stuff like that. I tend to read horror fiction and porn.

I think I yelled at my son the other day. He didn’t deserve it. Maybe no one does. But there you have it.

I don’t like pets much. I do enjoy a nice piece of broiled or fried fish from time to time though. So I will go with fish. Unless I’m living somewhere with rodents – then cat. Or unless I’m living somewhere with the constant threat of violence and then dog – the bigger and more loyal (to me!) the better.

People say I’m creative and smart. I’m not objective. Check out my blog and decide for yourself, I guess.
Worst trait?
That’s tough to pick. I’m apparently something of a liar. The bible says all liars have their place in the lake of fire, so I figure that means it’s pretty bad, right? And who am I to argue with the bible?

Is Boston where the NKOTB are from? (I have no idea why I thought of that lol) I had no idea that moving from Boston to North Carolina was like moving to another country!
I often feel that way when I travel from my home town- which is a very multi culturally and socio economically diverse community – yet everyone knows everyone and people across all walks of live often work together on sporting committees (particularly AFL) and other community projects.

I’m not a fan of Doctor Who – although to be fair I have not watched it since I was in primary school with the exception of episode sneak peaks while everyone else in my house watches it (they are all fans)
Not a fan of porn either.
I used to read and watch horror when I was younger, though with age I tend to steer away from it.
I was baptised in 2008, and committed to trying to develop a relationship with Jesus. That is one of the reasons I steer away from Horror, particularly good vs evil stuff. I am also trying to keep myself spiritually healthy and positive.
Creative and smart is a flattering compliment coming from other people – being a liar – not so great, though me thinks you were honest enough to admit (sort of) to being a liar.
Reality, I think we all lie on some level. That does not make it right, it just is.
In fact we all have our good bits and bad bits. I dunno about you, but I just want to be better. Be a better person, do better, fail sometimes – because I tried, but pick up, learn and keep moving forward.
There is nothing worse than getting stuck.
Some of the recent terms I have searched for in WordPress are ‘addiction, anxiety, health anxiety, poetry and OCD.
Addiction, anxiety/Health anxiety and OCD are all things that have been personal experienced by myself or people in my family and I have an interest in reading about the experiences of others.
I think I may have come across a poem in a recent post that caught my interest, that perhaps had one of those tags – resulting in a follow. I also follow Scarlet’s blog – who I think is an amazing woman – who writes incredibly well.
After checking out your blog in some more detail (thanks for the link), I think it’s probably best for me if I un follow, since I honestly don’t have an interest in most of the stuff you are writing about..
Anything with the tones of fetish, horror, torture, porn or pictures of penis’s are definitely out for me.
I do have an interest in life stories, experiencing and overcoming adversity, politics (Australian Mostly, though like to follow other countries from time to time), policies and social systems that provide positive outcomes for the community. Please send me through a link to anything you post that you think I might have a genuine interest in.

Yes! They are from Boston. I never listened to them much, though. I think Dennis Leary is from Boston, too. And the Kennedy clan. So we got a few famous people.
There is a gigantic culture divide in the US. There are a lot of cultural threads here and they sometimes blend beautifully and sometimes the fabrics seem to clash and pull away from each other. I’ve noticed that people from other countries sometimes find the US confusing and I think one of the reasons is that they expect our culture to be much more homogeneous than it is – than the media makes us out to be. There seems to be a move away from that with shows like Duck Dynasty and so forth that focus on groups in the US who don’t get much of a voice in the media but whose struggles, foibles and victories have had a big impact on the culture.
Anyway, truth of the matter is, the US is a country that has a lot of internal tensions and everyone wants to say that their group is the right one, the best one, whatever. But I suppose the same is true in your neck of the woods.

That is interesting. My own history with religions is an interesting one – at least in my opinion! I was raised in an ethnically Jewish home although I converted to Christianity when I was in my 30s. As you’ve probably guessed, I’ve drifted from the faith. At least, I’ve drifted from the Evangelical version of the faith. I still have a complex relationship with Christianity and the bible. I am fascinated by the bible. Very rarely do I write a story of any length (eg, over one-thousand words) where one of the characters does not allude to the bible or overtly quote it. Sometimes the context is critical or even negative but hardly always.
I have a lot of respect for the bible. The bible is a complex and nuanced document worthy of study. But near as I can tell, it is a human document. I’ve heard a number of arguments for its divine inspiration and so far have found them lacking. Which isn’t to say that I know for sure it isn’t divinely inspired. I remain skeptical but hardly dogmatic. (At least, I hope I am not dogmatic!)
Currently, I suppose I retain a belief in some sort of divinity. I doubt my vision of what God is like would line up very closely with yours, but I am not an atheist. I am eagerly investigating a number of paths.
That being said, I can understand you deciding to inflow my blog. I respect your desire to practice a sort of spiritual hygiene and stay away from influences that might pull you down. Certainly, when I was solidly Christian that is what I would have done.
That was something that always chaffed at me when I was a Christian. I felt that there were large areas of life that I was not allowed to understand. For example, if I wanted to read about Buddhism, I had to read a book about Buddhism written by a Christian apologist. Or if I did read documents written by practicing Buddhists I always had to seek out flaws in their world-view. I could never just sit with their ideas and mull them over without some sort of mediation or defensive stance.
I didn’t have it in me to live like that. Perhaps I wasn’t a truly born-again believer or wasn’t fully submitted to the Spirit or something like that. Or maybe I just realized I never believed it. Or maybe I saw cracks in the foundation and no one was ever really able to explain to me how they were not really cracks. Or who knows what.
Honestly, I have trouble believing a lot of the doctrines – especially regarding the inspiration of scripture. And once you start doubting that one, well, as you can imagine, the whole edifice looks terrifyingly fragile.
That’s just my two cents. Do with it what you please.

Will do. I do occasionally write about my life story and the various adversities I’ve faced. Not terribly often, though. I try to maintain some level of anonymity. Although I have no expectations of remaining anonymous in the face of a concerted effort to discover the man behind Eric Keys, I do tend to avoid a lot of personal details on my blog. That may change, I suppose.

I originally set up the blog for family and friends that live 1/2 way around the world, so it’s a surprise to see folks I don’t know are interested in what I have to say! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that song – I myself have listened to it many a time when struggling in love and loss. I wouldn’t beat yourself up for things taking time. Loss of any kind is never easy. Its been less than a year. AS ridiculous as this may sound, the best advice that I can give is cry, when you feel like you need to, because holding that in, is never good for anyone! I think holding in and trying to hide our grief actually makes us pretty sick! – Mentally and emotionally.
*huggles you* – Huggles are always really fantastic for helping lift our spirits too. I hope you are surrounded by supportive people who love and care for you, and provide you with encouragement 🙂

Songs are difficult for me because they are generally just background noise and I don’t really know them. Being sympathetic is an awesome quality in my view It demonstrates emotional intelligence in my view 🙂 Confrontation can be a scary thing – so totally relate to that…. I think at some point we probably get fed up if we feel like we are being manipulated and we usually remove ourselves from the situation or speak up.

What is your favorite thing to do? There is no one favourite thing, I love to cook when the mood hits. I love to write when inspiration strikes. I love to take pictures when I’m awake. I read when all else fails.

Android or IPhone? Why? Neither I use a windows phone, which I love and would never trade again. I tried Andoid and Iphone, neither has the smooth, continuous use.
Favorite Television Program, or if you don’t watch TV, your favorite book? That’s tough. I’ve been playing catch up on old and new shows, while I work. If I had to choose just one I would have to say Supernatural. It’s the one that I never miss if I can help it. But I love comedies as well, and my scifi. I think I gravitate to comedies because it keeps me on the positive side of life and reminds me to laugh. I’ve been a huge fan of The Big Bang Theory since episode one. Book, I have quite a few but I always go back to Anne Rice’s Servant of the Bones and Ramses the Damned.
Last time you cursed or spoke in anger and why? I try not to curse. I can always find better words to express myself. But If I had to say it was recent and I did it in a message to someone that was harassing me online. I’ve come to have a distaste for it. Speaking in anger, it was probably to my ex the last time he decided to try to slither back into my life. It take a lot to make me angry, but watching him lie and manipulate someone else or speak badly of his new girlfriend to me, it struck a cord. I got angry and told him he needed to learn to be honest. That’s about as angry as I have been to anyone for the most part. I don’t like to see someone take advantage of someone else.
Dog , Cat or Fish? Dog, Cat, Fish, Bird, Snake, Rabbit they all taste good lol. I’m just kidding. I love animals of all kinds. If I could have them all I would at times I have. Throw in a lion a few bears and a dinosaur and I think we’re good. A dragon with wings would be great too. But seriously I want a hawk.
Best Personal Quality? loyalty although I’ve been told that having a big heart is my best quality. I do care about people in general.
Worst trait? Oh that’s a tough one and yet it’s not. I can be a bit of an intellectual snot. It’s not about formal education but more of relating better to those who like to think, learn and explore. I can be hard on others, but I’m harder on myself and expect more of me. I have bad traits. I take on more than I should at times in my quest to learn, help and do.
How did you end up here? Here where? This town, country, life, blog? Good question. I’ve always been a writer, and whether I was writing for myself or for the public I just do. This just became another avenue to express all the thoughts in my mind. As for this town-Military, enough said. This life, I just think I was meant to be here.

Last time I cursed? 5 min ago 😀 I curse all the time, but it’s different in Croatian. We have “jebiga” which is when something doesn’t turn out well, like “Fuck it” but not in an angry way, and “jebote” when something unexpected happens, like “Fuck wow”. 😀 P.S. I have read that the people who curse are more honest in general.
Cat because I have one, but dogs also. Animals are awesome. My best personal quality is that I am unlike anyone I have ever met. (pssst-that goes for everyone) I am smart, bright, creative, kind, beautiful, I am funny, sarcastic, childish, silly, competent… The list goes on, I am not one thing but a diamond of a lot of amazing qualities.

I think your policy in relation to Mobile phones is a great and one I have myself implemented at various times through out my life – usually when I have worked too hard and burnt myself out and require rest!
How are you liking breaking bad? I thought it was awesome and it overtook Greys Anatomy as my favorite TV program albeit briefly.

I’m sorry the difficult time you are having with trying to find a job! Have hope and keep trying! Every job that you do within the kitchen even if not in the role of a chef is still a stepping stone for you to get to where you want to be!
Take those times as an opportunity to learn the roles of the other people who work within a kitchen, that way when you are a head chef you will be able to better guide the team of people you are working with and guiding!

Hi there Youtube will have it Just look Iron Chef Japan theme song. I love that it’s so powerful to me;) I won’t stop looking for a job .and I won’t quit cooking .I learn from tv ,books, anything. I learned the rolls of each cook, chef, and also watch shows like Hells kitchen ,Food channel, I am still taking culinary classes(hands -on) and hope to take more online.. Still Game of Thrones, can’t wait for it to start again. I only watch TV at night so I spend much time reading. I don’t know that I have a fav. I read more non-fiction that fiction as I love to “know” stuff. I am the oldest of 8 and am constantly trying to figure out people and the “why’s”. I did just finish “The White Dolphin”. I read it because my 9 yr old granddaughter was reading it for school and I thought we could skype about it. I finished it in 3 nights, took her another month and now I need to reread the end so I remember what happened. Ahhh, my memory. Not so good.

I swore yesterday with my sisters but it was in descriptive conversation. I don’t swear much and I can’t remember the last time I was angry enough to do it. My life is much more stress free now.

I’m Joe, thanks for visiting my blog and liking some of my work.
I’m a just retired man living in Staffordshire in the the UK.
In WordPress I’m called jovisgoes and on Twitter @jovisgoesnuts. I also jam music on ThisIsMyJam.com (TIMJ) as jovisgoesnuts. My wife started calling me Jovis about thirty years ago after I answered one of the many survey phone calls we used to get for double-glazing in a funny voice saying I was Jovis Hillsson Svedish man. I guess I didn’t really sound Swedish as he was not impressed and put the phone down. I was as drunk as a skunk. My wife and I laughed till we cried. Didn’t stop the buggers ringing back a few days later though. The name Jovis came back too. I guess I’m stuck with it now.
I started writing a novel thirty years ago, it never got finished. Long story short I had a brain haemorrhage and the world changed. However, I started writing poetry, most of which was so dark and depressing that my wife would often be in tears, so she stopped reading it. Dealing with depression is not something they teach you at school. Together we worked through it and forty two years this year into our marriage we are both still in love with each other and not depressed at all. We have a married daughter who’s given us two beautiful grandchildren. They live in London. We also have a son who’s birthday it is today. He is married too and lives and works in the Bay of Islands over the sea from you in New Zealand. So…we holiday in London and Northland NZ.
I’ve sort of re-awakened I guess and now I can’t stop writing, but nowadays it’s not an attempt at a novel. I find I like the spontaneity of poetry much more, and I find it a way of expressing my feelings. I also rant about stupid politicians and people who would harm others or not care for them when they should. I guess I’m cantankerous.
There. You know a bit about me now. I don’t have a therapist, but thanks for asking us(me) to say a bit about ourselves, that felt good. 🙂

I figured I’d swing by to say thanks for following my blog (thank you!), and then I saw this and immediately loved the idea. So here we go. Introducing me:
1) I’m a female, but I’m a girly tomboy if that even makes sense.
2) I usually keep it classy and go by Rhonda, but sometimes I get fancy and go by Rahonda (because the ‘H’ is typically silent, but why not let it be heard every now and then).
3) I hail from Tennessee but look at me being adventurous and moving all the way out to Hawaii.
4) My favorite thing to do is watch cartoons and critically analyze them as academically as possible. Among other things.
5) Right now, I’d say I’d go with Macklemore’s “Can’t Hold Us.” I’m at a point in my life where I’m working on getting to where I want to be and I refuse to let anything stop me. This is my power anthem.
6) Neither Android nor iPhone. Mostly because I’m lame and don’t own a Smartphone. #brokegradstudentproblems
7) I don’t watch much TV nowadays, so book wise…oh gosh, there are too many to list. But know that I’m a Harry Potter buff.
8) I’ve actually been filtering profanity out of my vocabulary, mostly because I’ll be working with kids and all career-wise, and it’s been months since I’ve spoken in anger. Though whenever that time was, it probably had something to do with being frustrated with my mother. Love does that sometimes.
9) Dogs, hands down. Cats are evil. And I like fish, both as pets and as food.
10) Best quality: loyalty.
11) Worst quality: loyalty. It’s a two-edged sword.

I’ve got to say that, your cartoon critic habit sounds alot my besties habit of pointing out every gaffe and unrealistic event in almost every movie we watch. If you are a book buff, you shoudl totally check out ‘Game of Thrones’ – as in the books. My favorite authors are Johanna Lindsey (historical romances) Martin Cruz (Gorky Park) and I have been very much enjoying self development books too in recent years 🙂 Gary Chapman (5 Love Languages a recent favorite)

Oh Scandal I’ve just started watching. Very good. I loved Breaking Bad, what did you think of the ending? I felt it was perfect and the Badfinger song felt like it was written for that scene. So good!

I’m Bhuwan, supposedly human male, but surely with some minor alien genetic traces inside. I think I am a reincarnation of a Nazi SS commander Zaak Krauf but in my present birth I’m ashamed of my previous actions and love Jews and all the religions, races and cultures of the world. Born and lived all my life around New Delhi in India, but have traveled across India extensive, and some parts of the world outside. I love to read and hope to be able to write decently by the time I exit this life. And I love music & movies and playing Cricket (google it if you don’t know about the most this sport that Indians are most passionate about – well here in India most people have three passions in life – Bollywood (movies and music), Cricket and their own set of beliefs system in terms of religion/culture/faith – not necessarily in the same order.
I was a big fan of X-Files for a long but now I think Breaking Bad is the best series in the TV world ever. Currently I’m following the fairy tales-with-a-twist series Once Upon A Time (to think of new bedtime story which I kids insist upon every night) and the Walking Dead (not for the zombie fun but the struggle of humans for survival under pressing conditions). Pulp fiction would be one of my most favorite movie, though there are so many that I love and it would require a full blog post to talk about all of them, have written about Pulp fiction in one of my blog post. Hard to name a single book because I love all of them that I have been reading since I was 3 years old and got my hand of my father’s books first. Maybe Bhagavad Gita, a hindu religious book which doesnt talk about religion as much as it teaches the life management skills. .

I quickly got sick of android while I used it extensively (working for a global hand set maker few years back); Love Apple products but currently using Window phone (Nokia Lumia) – I guess for me its the product, their benefits and Value for money is more important than brand name.
I am a Dog and Fish person, bit uncomfortable with cats – there I have already given you a clue on what I wrote on your latest blogpost about true/false.
I think I’ve a lot of patience, thanks to the number of kids in our extended family and own highly energetic kids. But I do lose it when interacting with stupidities – just can’t suffer the too-clever-by-half people or those trying short cut on ethics for personal gains at the cost of others (in work or in personal life). I am no saint myself, and do make mistakes and willing to accept if the mistakes are made in good faith.
While I do have a friendly nature and passion for interacting with people, even perfect strangers, but I really go silent and sulk forever when I am hurt emotionally, find it so hard to get over that and also I’ve never able to kick of the habit of biting nails. And I am a day dreamer – not sure thats a good thing or a bad thing.
Not sure which one I consider the best blog, I just keep exploring randomly whenever I get some time. You’ve already been to my blog, thanks a lot for your visit and that is what led me to come over here to this wonderful blog of yours. Keep up the good world, I will keep coming back regularly. I just purchased the XFiles through Itunes (only $20 a season would you believe) and I LOVE it. Watched it religiously as a teenager – and it was and still is to this day a favorite program of mine. Breaking Bad, Greys Anatomy and SCANDAL are my top proggies at the moment!
I never really got what all the hype was about pulp fiction and just found it kinda stupid really.. ( I can feel some people gaining on me with cactus stuffed lake trouts now) I love Anne of Green Gables (all of them)

I think we all struggle at various times being able to identify the goodness in ourselves. Once we find it, we have to learn how to be kind to ourselves and speak positively consistently. Much easier stated than done.

The last time I spoke in anger (and jumped up and down) was five days ago. I went to feed my koi fish. After three years with no intruders, a giant blue heron ate eleven (including all but one of my favorites). Six very scared and scarred (mentally) fish remain. I’ve put an old stroller net over 1/3 of the pond, anchored by big rocks. Two planks of thick foam board, anchored by more rocks, cover the rest.
Not to make the fish massacre all about ME, but I loved sitting and watching them whenever I had a free moment or two. Now I can hardly see them. I’ve chased that bird away several times a day and can’t wait for him to migrate. Then I have to come up with a permanent solution.

I have really been there! Truly. That feeling of hopelessness. That struggle. Fighting back that lump in your throat, the one that LITERALLY causes you pain. I remember feeling that way not so long after I became a Christian.
I also felt that way after ending my last relationship (which was never actually defined *rolling eyes*) I felt like a failure, because I had literally come to a point where I had decided there was nothing left I could do. Nothing. I’ve NEVER felt that way before. Painful. Heartbreaking.

To practice integrity is a wonderful character trait! I also try to do this, though fear I sometimes fail. It’s a working progress.
I sometimes procrastinate, I like to think it can be explained by my need to have everything perfect and if it looks like it wont be, I don’t bother, but I think it’s really laziness. Imma bit OCD!

Don’t worry, Integrity is an ongoing practice for me as well. The nice part is that when I do fall down at “to thine own self be true”, I generally know immediately as it feels pretty crappy!
But, I don’t think you should be dissing my love of ‘apples’ when you have posted about putting them in your salad 😉 You must at least have a slight liking for them!
I wish I could explain the “bit of other”. I’ve wondered if there’s just a little alien in the mix …. it’s usually after I see some supposed Human Being’s bizarre behavior, or better yet his or her thoughts that they’ve posted online, that I think if that’s Human then I MUST be something ‘other’, LOL!

Hi Neath, it is awesome to formally meet you! I do know of Cambodia. Most of my knowledge is actually based on the not so nice topic of Human Trafficking (which of course takes place in all places) I specifically researched the sexual trafficking of women and children within the Cambodia region. It was distressing. There are also some beautiful parts and culture to your community, I just never got to really see them so much 🙂

Whenever I think of that song, I think immediately to Karaoke sessions that used to be held at the MGM Grand Casino in their Sweethearts Bar. I used to be a Keno Supervisor and after work every Tuesday we would all plodder down there. I haven’t actually heard the Elvis rendition yet, and have noted it down as something to do. Those last performances of Elvis were very hard to watch.
I don’t think anyone has talked about showers creating great ideas, but now that I reflect on the idea, my showers probably create screams, lol. I sing alot in the shower, and although I don’t think I am too bad, my children, for some reason totally lack aprpeciation and tell me to ‘Be Quiet’ through the bathroom door all the time.. lol

Before I respond directly, has anyone, upon being out of your presence for a while, ever had the chance to say “Miss you, Miss Lou”?
I asked that because I can and I have no shame.
On the topic of workshops, the ones to which I referred are writer’s workshops. I currently attend two, the first one being The Bards, a small cross-genre workshop meeting fortnightly. The second one is called the DFWC — the Dark Fiction Writer’s Circle. We all gather once a month in Chelsea to workshop each other’s speculative fiction. We are a lively bunch, and at times rather scary.
At Mind Australia, I also teach pre-accredited computing and business skills to adult learners with mental health conditions and carers. I hope that is not what you meant by a workshop!
As far as mechanics are concerned, I only go so far as using my loungeroom floor to workshop furniture flat packs I’ve bought from Officeworks…
X-Files was not bad, but not my favourite. I tend more towards The Outer Limits, Star Trek (the real one, not that thing with all the lens flares — euch) and Firefly/Serenity.
I also love the works of EE ‘Doc’ Smith, John W Campbell, Ursula K le Guin and Arthur C Clarke (amongst others). I actually believe that we have lost something marvellous because that magnificent prose by HG Welles is considered dated. I think I should have been born in the Victorian era, not the State of Victoria! Someone screwed up there and I want my money back!
Pluclking hairs from my legs to refluff my legs seems redundant. I’d much rather export the crops growing from my ears and nose where there are severe surpluses ripe for the picking.
As for humour, why do you think I subscribed? I must confess, I thought that you were American.
Probably something missing from my observational skills…

The work shopping that you do is the kind of work-shopping I’ve done since I was about 17, which was when I developed my very first framework for delivery at the IFCO and Child Protection conferences over Ireland and Scotland 😀

I’m from a small town in Western New York called East Aurora, home of the oldest five and dime store in the country! It’s a great little town, but I also go to school at SUNY Geneseo in Geneseo NY.
My favorite thing to do is to listen to and play music! I love it so much I started a blog about it haha!

This song perfectly describes me (at least I hope so!) It’s soft, gentle, and hopefully brings about a feeling of kindness! This is also a great band to explore further into! I hope you enjoy it!
Showers are great most of the time because they are convenient, but baths are better when you’re sick, so you can relax.

I try to live by the quote “men are only as great as they are kind” so I would say my best quality is my willingness to be kind to everyone!
My worst trait is that I’m very reserved and scared to take a lot of chances. I’m already twenty and I’ve never been in a relationship! I’ve never even dated, kissed, or even held hands before! Yikes! I’m just scared i’ll be rejected. My fear holds me back a lot, and I wish it wouldn’t. I would give anything to be in love!

Cat! No.. dog! Ummm.. a cat that has a dog’s personality? I have this stray cat near my house that is super affectionate, and whenever I call out to it, it will run over. No kidding. RUN over, and when I kneel down it will step onto my lap and reach up to nuzzle my chin. It purrs super loudly when you let it crawl onto your lap and nuzzle you! I wanted to adopt it but my parents wouldn’t allow it 😦

I’m not sure if it’s a blessing or a curse but I have a creative and free mind… not to my advantage when I try to study but it’s good for writing stories!

Getting distracted easily. See above. I’m currently opening 23 tabs on one browser and 16 on the other, with iTunes running and writing an essay (supposedly) for school and arranging my desktop… I don’t know I never seem to complete a task well!

I think there is great strength in our weaknesses. To express your pain about something that has hurt you does not define you as sensitive in my opinion. It means you are more honest than most. I think many of us get caught up in the fear of worrying about what others will think and so often do not speak up and make it known when someone offends us with their behaviour or words.
To make yourself vulnerable enough to share your feelings is actually admirable, and a quality I wish I had a bit more of!

Matthew Grey Gubler and Kirsten Vangness are amazing. I am a bit like Penelope with my workspace. Reading medical records can be just as icky. Toys are a must.
Singing was the only thing that kept me sane through high school. It’s been proven a vast help through my adult life so far as well.

Wow, you and Louella are having quite a conversation here. Don’t you love when that happens? Too many questions for me to remember!!! I hope it’s obvious that I’m female. I enjoy many kinds of music, which is vague because it isn’t the style that I like, it’s the beat, the melody, and the words. Many different styles have particular songs that I like. I like upbeat songs, and I like minor sounding songs as well. I don’t like screaming and profanity, and music that has no melody – unless it’s really good rap, and by good I mean funny. How’s that for a start?

I love that you see your Empathy as a positive quality. I had a discussion with someone in a bloggy somewhere, and they posed that empathy was a weakness. Although I appreciate the opinions of others, I really was not able to make sense of that statement at all. I also think that Empathy is one of my best qualities.

Showers. Sitting and soaking in dirty water isn’t my thing usually because when you stand up you still need to wash all the dirt off!
Favorite TV show…are we speaking currently on or all time? If its all time thats hands down The Cosby Show. Even with my fondness for 10 seasons of Beverly Hills 90210, Smallville, and Stargate SG-1 they still can’t beat the funny of Heathcliff Huxtable. The current favorite is Grey s Anatomy.
Hairless…although my medicine makes this prospect a challenge at times.
